Accepted Answer

You will need to apply at each location separately. Please note that our hiring website lists only the locations owned and operated by Iron Arch Management. If you are interested in applying at a location not listed on this site, you will want to visit: https:///www.careers.mcdonalds.com. Other locations not owned and operated by Iron Arch Management may have a different process for hiring.

Where do I go for an interview?

Accepted Answer

You will be contacted by the hiring manager at the store(s) you applied to for an interview.
Interviews are done in person or on the telephone. All COVID-19 protocols (masks, social
distancing) are followed for in person interviews.

Question 4

When will I find out if I've been selected for a position?

Accepted Answer

You will either be offered the position at the conclusion of your interview or you will receive an
offer from us through email anywhere between 1-3 days post interview.

Do I need to bring anything to the interview?

Accepted Answer

At this time, most interviews are conducted via telephone, however if you are invited to
interview in person you should bring 2 forms of identification with you: a valid photo ID (driver’s license, State ID or School ID), AND either a birth certificate or Social Security Card. What if I have worked for McDonald's before?

If you have worked for a McDonald’s in the last 6 months, and it was not with Iron Arch Management (formerly Trippco, LLC), you will need to provide the following information from your previous McDonald's employer at your interview:
          1. McDonald's Address (Street Name, City, State)
          2. McDonald's Phone Number
          3. Name of the General Manager
